well, i dont know if this really counts as a "food", but i would have to say, hot chocolate, i love drinkning hot chocolate on a nice cold day, it makes me warm, and it tastes really good with a bunch of marshmallows on top of it.
and if i have to pick my favorite food to eat in the winter, i would probably pick... my mom's homemade chicken noodle soup, or her chicken and dumplings. my mom makes the best chicken and dumplings.

Thick soups, red beans and rice, pasta bakes, homemade bread, and mashed potatoes. Thin soups and veggies are out until spring for the most part.
