i really want the vein on te bicep but more than that i want the peak part of it ( the part og the bicep that connects to the forearm ) ... any really good exercises for either of those two ? thanks!

you can not change the shape of a muscle, all you can do is make it larger (hypertrophy) or smaller (atrophy). the shape of a muscle is genetic. look at some pictures of bodybuilders, you will notice that all of them have a different ratio of the bicep peak to the rest of the other heads of the bicep, you can not change that.

being vascular (veiny) is both a genetic trait and you have to have low body fat.

I had Arnold Schwarzenegger's body building encyclopaedia and remembered reading that concentration curls were the best for biceps. I just googled this and found an article by Arnie himself:

"Concentration curls can be performed either sitting with your elbow braced against your knee or standing with your arm hanging loose. Personally, I prefer standing, but this is a technically advanced form of the exercise, so I'd recommend starting by sitting with your elbow against your knee."
