I am going for a month and a half, and i dont know what to pack!

pack Maro's Mom's head, so you can scare the crows with it.


P.S. Take some of bia bia's blood, so you can poison the snakes.

To an extent, it will depend what you will be doing...touring, working on a dig, living on a kibbutz, etc.

But in general, you'll need power adapter's because your hair dryers, phone chargers, etc. will not work in the outlets. These can be purchased at most major department stores. Buy the set which has adapters for all over the world.

Also, be sure you have tennis shoes as opposed to sandals or flip flops. My feet got very dusty when wearing sandals.

DON'T purchase an international phone card here in the U.S. Wait until you get there and purchase a phonecard then.

Most places will take American money. Don't bring money orders you will find it hard to find a place to cash them.

That's about all I can think of, other than your typical travel essentials like your camera, Immodium, and Bonine. Israel is a life-changing experience. Enjoy every moment.

it depends on the time of year that you are planning to travel. now its a bit cold in israel, till the summer it will get warmer.
dont take too much clothes, after all you can always buy in israel what is missing, and it can even be cheap.
take some warm clothes, the kind depends on what you are planning to do here...

You should pack some proof that you are a Jew so that you can travel freely and not get shot at.

any medications u might need. and stay close to your travel group. if you are muslim don't go.
