Years ago I woke up feeling dizzy, nauseated, heavy headed and could not walk. I had to crawl to the phone. I went to the doctor and had an inner ear infection with fluid behind the eardrum. I was treated with antibiotic for the infection and given a medication for the dizziness/vertigo. After a few days I was fine.
An antihistimine will help dry up the fluid behind the eardrum but you should see a doctor. It is not that expensive and could prevent you from developing a loss of hearing. Tell your Mom.

I have heard of an inner ear infection causing dizziness, They normally are not permanent and go away by themselves in about ten days. But your symptoms sound more like a possible concussion. I had a concussion about 4 years ago I felt a lot like you are describing. heavy head unbalanced, very tired. there is nothing the doctors can do for a mild concussion they sent. It lasts about a week or so.

Did you hit your head or any thing wrestling around. skateboarding what ever you do. with in 24 to 48 hours of waking up feeling that way?

It is hard for any one to answer this question Hun because all these symptoms can go along with a lot of problems. and we don't know the circumstances.

Your best bet is to see a doctor. Or talk to your school nurse if you have one.

Drink more water. You ARE waking up dehydrated.
Also you may be at the start of a sinus infection.Sinus inections can throw off balance, Try a sinus medication before you freak yourself out.
Another thing you can try is to get your ears candled.

My grandma woke me up with my teacher on the phone. My first thought was "Say 'hello' without sounding like you just woke up."
