What is it made of? Sugar free,please! How do you make it? Add ingredients! Or you can tell me a drink that they drink with the food with the ingredience!

I went to that site but didn't see my favorite... taught to me on the beach in Turkey by a Turkish friend. I call it Ali's egg "stew" but not sure if that's totally right.

...cut up and saute one onion, one yellow zucchini (or crookneck) and one green zucchini
...cut up and add about 2 med. tomatoes, then cook a bit longer (till all is soft)
...season with salt... plus about 1+ teaspoon each of marjoram, thyme and basil
YOU HAVE A CHOICE for the 2 eggs:
...scramble them in a cup, then dump into the hot mix... move around till cooked (just a minute or so)
...or break them whole on top of the hot mix, cover the skillet and let the eggs poach
(the first one tastes better to me, but the second one is more impressive in the looks dept.!)

There's also "couscous" of course... I have it all the time in place or rice or noodles, but one famous version they do in Turkey has chicken and veggies with the couscous (often prepared in a couscousiere but wouldn't have to be).
