Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and the girl should be proud of herself the way she is and not change herself for anyone.

ok, seriously, what does it mean to be gorgeous?

Being gorgeous doesn't mean having a nose job. Being gorgeous can involve many things. We all come to this world looking unique with our own unique features. If getting a nose job, then there is no unique feature that you'll have except having a nose that looks like any girl that got a nose job. Why caring about what others think? people always try to put others down because this modern society portrays perfect beauty which in reality perfect beauty doesn't exist and it is not even well defined. In the end, we all have beauty and we should all be accepted for who we are, not for who they want us to look like.

People should always work on the inside beauty. You see a lot of good looking people out there treating others like trash, how can you call that being beautiful if in the inside they are full of garbage?

So, in the end, getting a nose job won't assure that she will be prettier. She might look fake and not natural

There is no guarantee at all that she'd be prettier, let alone gorgeous, afterwards. But, of course, going to a reputable doctor, preferably with a personal recommendation from someone who tried him, will be safer. I have no problem with people trying to be pleasing to society's eyes, as long as you don't place your entire self-worth on whether people find you gorgeous or not.

Surgery is a very serious subject and I would never suggest getting surgery unless you need it for medical reasons. Also, if you're that concerned about your looks then you will never be truly happy. Beauty fades with time so if I were you I'd aim for something a little more lasting.

being pretty on the inside is what counts, and she shouldn't care what other people think about her. Getting a nose job won't guarantee beauty, it will just guarantee that she has a nose job. If she wants to get it because she thinks it will improve HER OWN self-image then that is different, but if it is for other people... then she can just tell them to go **** off and then why don't they go get plastic surgery...

no. think about what could happen after the nose job, her nose could fall off, like Michael Jackson, now granted he had several. But what would happen if she got a bad surgeon, then she is screwed.

Pretty to who? You should not have to impress anyone. You should be happy about yourself how you are. You do not need to spend money to be beautiful. Just be you.
