I think I might have a heat rash. its on my back , a little itchy, and they look like big spots. its winter so could it be that? how can i help it?

it feels kind of dry and prickly. i wear mostly fitted clothing, would this make it worse?

Try a creme such as Cortaid - its a skin creme that helps itchy skin from many different causes. It works great and always helps my skin from heat rash. It will work very quickly too.

Yes,it could very well be heat rash. Do you "back up" to heat sources? Get a can that has small holes in the lid (could use plastic or something else). Fill it with corn starch and shake onto your DRY back. This is not costly at all and the benefits are tremendous. Is also a great product to use ,instead of powder, on a babys bottom. It doesn't have any smell so it won't effect your perfume, either. Good luck.

I had a rash not to long ago below my breast and i used Hydrocortisone Cream 1 percent and it was gone in 2 days. You can get it at the dollar store for $2.. Hope i helped.. :)

it doesnt sound like heat rash,generally heat rash will break out under your arms,between your legs,or places where air cant get to heat rash breaks out in tiny bumps and begin to cluster together if it is heat rash dry starch or possibly corn starch will help also try medicated powder.......good luck
