I dont want to have IE in my pc but i cant uninstall it . I cant find it in the control panel . Can anybody help me ?

Good question, try this; open up your computer case. Find your hard drive. Unplug all the cables going to it. Remove it from the case and throw it in the trash.
Your done, that is the only sure-fire way to un-install IE.

You can uninstall IE 7 and revert to IE 6, but it's too wrapped into the OS to be removable. You can use a different browser, of course, as your default browser.

Internet explorer is part of the operating system. it cannot be removed. Microsoft almost got into alot of trouble when they did that.
when you are viewing folders, you are using internet explorer. while you are in a directory, click on the directory and put in a webpage and hit enter

try control panel add remove programs then on the left there is a button that says install or uninstall windows components, you will need to insert windows cd to remove or add !!

lol u might just say remove windows seeing as windows is based upon the coding of explorer...

you cant uninstall it...it's part of the operating system...all you can do is delete the shortcut
