If you're converting it to WAV, that means you're essentially decoding the MP3 file to a lossless format. Hence, both the MP3 and the WAV file will have equal quality.

However, if you were to now reconvert the WAV file back to MP3, that means you are encoding the WAV file to a lossy format, hence on this occasion, the newly created MP3 file will have very poor quality compared to the original MP3.

I suggest that you keep your MP3 file as it is to listen to music (unless your music player specifically demands that you have to only use WAV). You can not improve the quality anymore.

A WAV file has better quality, but converting an MP3 back into a WAV isn't going to improve the fidelity. Whatever was lost making it into an MP3 is already gone.

Not necessarily, the quality of a song depends on the Bitrate. It can range from 8 kbps (being the lowest and worst quality) -512 kbps (being the highest and best quality) (for videos its 1000 kbps+). So the quality really wont change when converting from MP3 to WAV, the only thing that wil change is the size (WAVS are generally bigger). Also the higher the Bitrate, the better the quality and bigger in size. So I suggest that you keep it in MP3 format unless you have a software that only supports WAV (which is very odd and rare). For optimal quality and size I suggest you either download songs or make songs at 96 kbps to 128 kbps.

in case you flow to any track report on your Samsung information and top click on it and look on the residences you will detect the report itemizing e.g. (Austin/samsung/track/call of track) flow on your c force/complicated force and seek for the itemizing or purely seek for the report. once you detect the folder with all of the track in it purely drag it to WMP.

I have been told it does, but I have never done it myself to actually see.
