Hire a wedding planner, if possible. If not, A lot of hotels offer all or mostly inclusive packages.

Well, I used to live in Orlando and when I lived there, my suggestion would easily have been at the Orlando World Center Marriott. It's just outside Walt Disney World, closest to the EPCOT entrance and Downtown Disney. There are a couple of nice areas on the grounds that would be very nice. Alternatively, if you can't find anything you really love, check out the Renaissance Resort at SeaWorld. They may do outside weddings there but they have an indoor atrium that is just gorgeous for weddings and very unique.

I have two suggestions. If you are looking for a grand Disney wedding get married at the Grand Floridian in Disneyworld.
If you want something a little more "old world" and classic, like I would, I would get married at the Portofino Bay Hotel which is in the Universal Studios complex.
Get ready to shell out some cash though for these places. And don't get married in the middle of summer in Florida....wait for winter months.
