The big difference is man attempting to redeem himself and God providing salvation.

In Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism, works are what allow you to enter into heaven, Nirvana, a more advanced animal, etc. Islam, pray 5 times a day - observe the laws - go on Hadj. Buddhism, live a good life to attain oneness with the universe. Hinduism, live a good life so you can be reincarnated to the next level until Nirvana is attained.

Christianity - God reaches down to mankind and provides a way out of sin, through His own sacrifice, so that man can have a relationship with God Almighty. You decide.

The right one is the one that serves the one true Living God Jehovah, who sent His only Son, Jesus Christ, to die on a cross for YOUR sins.
the difference is one is real and the others are false religions designed to decieve the masses.

there is no right religion only because there is no wrong religion, for God shall work with all so that they themselves shall understand him in there own minds, people are different and therefore shall think different, there is only one God and he interacts with us. there is no difference in the end, it is just a different path for religion is made by man not God.

everybody feels that their religion is the right one so it's pointless to argue about it therefore everybody should just respect eachother's right to believe how they want to believe
