You don't. It's a bad idea. You will have a group of people to say things and get in the way. You need to get her alone first.

You talk to the group but kinda pay special attention to her. When you get a chance, get her aside and talk about the things back in the group and carry on the conversation that way. But only after the group has dispersed not before. Otherwise, it is rude.

Say "Hey can I talk to you a for second?", then turn around and walk 5 steps away. If she follows you, then you are a having a conversation that is no longer part of the group. If other people come by, politely say "We are trying to have a private conversation."
Or ask for her phone number and call her at night.

if she is with a group of girls then you should go up to the group of girls and ask them if you can talk with them and then you will be able to talk to the girl you want to talk with

Talk to the group first. Don't let all the pansies talk you out of going for what you want. Win over the crowd first, then work your way over to the girl.

this is what the guys do in my school.... they just walk to the group and the girls say hey before the guy does and then they just join the convo and then the group will break up a lil atleast and when it is just go to her and talk to her there.
