A beautiful girl is one who can spread smiles and make everyone feel comfortable around her.. simplicity should be her forte, graciousness her strength and should have a lovely smile.

The judgment of beauty by society varies from generation to generation. Partly it depends on who is a successful beauty roll model. Actresses, models, musicians, even politicians; who is on TV and in magazines a lot.
Even scientific studies have varied test results depending on who is being tested. Different cultures have different subconscious standards. One of the few things that seems to come up is facial symmetry.
Personally, when I was 13 I saw a picture of a punk girl in a magazine. I said to myself, "She would be pretty if she did not do that to her hair and face." Then I criticized myself for being short sighted; I told myself, "If that is how she wants to look then I should be able to enjoy her for who she is."
6 months later I had a full blown fetish. I cannot think a "normal" girl is pretty without imagining her with a Mohawk and heavy make-up.
Beauty is very relative.

girls are the most beautiful living animals on earth.
My way of judging is. If she looks good, attractive when she wakes up in the morning and doesnt set her hair, dress or anything of hers.
If u feel shee is beautiful at that time, then she is the most beatiful girl on earth. Beauty never means intelligence, kindness, good etc. beauty is just a beauty, do not add flavours to make beauty more beautiful...

Beauty really is in the eyes of the beholder. If you are in one country, certain qualities are considered beautiful, and in another country other qualities are valued for beauty. Even from one person to another, opinions vary. My husband thinks I'm beautiful in ways that another man may not agree with. There is a lot to be said for inner beauty as well.
I don't think there's any single person's opinion of beauty that is the absolute end word on the subject.

First of all by her looks as people are first attracted towards the outer beauty. then it comes inner beauty by which a person came to know about her nature. Her way of handling situations.By seeing both one can judged that a girl is beautiful.

Oh that is THE question of questions... She needs to have that X factor of a face that only the right guy can recognise... A beautiful body has its effect.... but a beautiful face.... knocks you out !!!! There isn't a single actress or famous face that can equal some of the beautiful girls I have seen and met in my everyday life.

I read somewhere (I think in a magazine) that girls are judged as beautiful by clear, radiant skin, a high forhead, big eyes, a small nose, and medium-lips that are pink and unchapped.
Clear skin is the biggest deal, I remember. If skin is blemished, it (subconsiencely) makes one think of bruised fruit. It has to do with our instincts to reproduce. If our skin is blemished, so is our ability to reproduce.
