"which is the easiest and faster method to accomplish childhood dream" dieting and excerise obviously isn't the way to answer to this question. These are healthier way. The following method answer to your need and agreed to be the faster and easiler way to slim down.

Get urself a banned drug "Methamphetamine hydrochloride" which is more commonly known as ice, glass or crystal. Ice' has a very strong effect on the nervous system and is highly addictive. It cause servely lossing of weight. Of course there is side effect but that is the fastest and easiest way to loss your fats..

I'm not too fat...but I need to lose 40 lbs and I just started my new program today! So I'm in a similar boat to what you are.

My problem is I KNOW how to do it, but following through without quitting is HARD.

My advice is:
- Take it a day at a time. Don't freak over a single lapse...get back on the wagon.
- Realize it may take a while. You may lose a bunch really fast when you start, but it may level-off.
- Don't freak if you gain a bit day-to-day...it's the overall trend that's most important.
- ANY exercise you can do is a bonus. Obviously more is better...but even a 1 mile walk (takes about 15-20 minutes) is another 100 calories gone.
- And finally, eat the best foods you can. This is my weakness. I love sweets, pizza and fried foods. But if you stick to lean meats, veggies, fruits, and low-fat or non-fat dairy, you can still eat quite a bit and not take in a lot of calories. CONTROL YOUR PORTIONS if you eat bad foods - that is truly the key.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span. No food or drink in between the food and not more than three meals a day, unless u r diabetic.

Ok, this diet got me to lose a few pounds a day when I was on it. You can lose up to 5 pounds a week. It works on your metabolism.

Eat only fruits and vegetables. Drink only fruit and vegetable juices and waters. Seasonings are fine, including salad dressings. Canned food is also fine. And you are encouraged to eat as much as you like.

You will actually feel the difference in your body after a while. This diet detoxes your system and you end up feeling great! You don't have to excersize, but you'll get faster results.

Diet for two weeks, eat regularly (but sensibly) for a week, and back on the diet again. (I actually kept losing pounds when I ate regularly)

I tink if you wan to lose weight, there are a few ways which i have tried n it is effective. The very best ways ofcos is to exercise. But not vigorous exercise, cuz it only convert all your fats into muscles and you look muscular.i suggest you follow my way. Detoxified your body first.cuz if your body is filled with toxic no matter what nutrient you take, your body will not be able to absorb.althought doctors discourage us from detoxify our body but it is for the past.when whatever we eating are not that chemically poisonous. dont eat as much and stay away from fast food and sugar as much as you can. exercising will also help you slim down faster. You dont necessarily have to be on a "diet" just learn how to eat better and dont over do it (make holidays are an exeption). If you want to do it for real, there really is no easy way to do it and keep it off. The old cliche "diet and exercise" work the best for getting rid of it and keeping it off. It may be hard at first, but you can easily get into a routine, and once you do, you might be surprised at how fast it works.

Its time to give up on your lazy ways, that is what got you here. Weight loss pills are proven to not work, so if your going to have to do the work (unless you can afford lypo). Try jogging and weight lifting. If your knees are shot, ride a bike.
