dont push it...but if it seems like she has a slight interest and its not strong then woo her sure but be careful and not harsh. girls like gentle respectful boys (at least i do) so yeah keep it going just keep her as a friend for now and see...i think you will know eventually and if not then leave it alone dont force love but if you see it then talk to her about it and find out a second time but way later

I agree that she must have feelings for you, albeit not as strong as the feelings you have for her. You need to prove to her that you're "worthy" of her feelings. Show your affection for her in subtle ways, leave hints. And basically, hope she returns the favor.

Be patient, too. Getting frustrated is a sure-fire way to loose your rhythm, and loose her too. Hope everything works out for you.

Hopefully you understand what she means by strong.. does that mean she sees you sorta as a friend .. if so.. dont waste time you are only asking for pain..

you deserve someone better. She already told you her feelings. If you ever did get her you would not be her first choice and she would always be looking for better.
