Since you live and work in WI, WI can and will tax your income. You'll have to file a WI return to find out how much, if any, you will get back.

Unless you are active duty military or a college student attending school out-of-state, your domicile is probably now WI, regardless of what state you choose to call yourself a resident of.

Very unlikely that you can. In most places, employers only have to take out taxes for the localities you live in. You probably have to send them in yourself.

You mention back taxes - AK could probably garnish your wages, but you probably don't really want for that to happen.
