try clearing your browser cache, cookies and history
to do this - open your IE browser
- click on Tools (at top) - Internet Options
once that window opens - click on the General tab
about mid way down - click Delete files - click Yes
click that button again - put a check mark in box - click ok

next click on - delete cookies - click ok
next click on - delete history - click ok/yes
then click the OK button at the bottom once you're done

if you need more help - click on the Help button at the top of your Internet browser page (next to the Tools button)
and do a search in the Contents and Index

You have adware installed on your system.

Download a good anti-adware program and scan your system:

Uber powerful tool which can search and annhilate nasties that make it onto your system. Now with an Immunize section that will help prevent future infections.

Another very powerful tool which searches and kills nasties that infect your system. AdAware and Spybot Search & Destroy compliment each other very well.

Great prevention tool to keep nasties from installing on your system.

Works as a Spyware "Shield" to protect your computer from getting malware in the first place.

puts over 5000 sites in your restricted zone so you'll be protected when you visit innocent-looking sites that aren't actually innocent at all.

Cleans temporary files from IE and Windows, empties the recycle bin and more. Great tool to help speed up your computer and knock out those nasties that like to reside in the temp folders.

The best solution is to switch to Firefox - in some countries a LOT of people have switched to Firefox. In Germany 40% of surfers use it.

Better still, go over to Linux - a really stable OS with no "blue screens of death". The best Linux is PCLinuxOS...
