Just be who you are? I am not sure all the details, whether you see him at school, work, or out and about, but you should just say hi. IF he says hi back then ask how he is and if it takes off from there then good if it doesn't then it wasn't meant to be. The biggest thing to remember is to just be yourself.

just start up any conversation and show interest in HIM....ask him questions about himself more than sharing stories about you. i had this problem and i could never get the guts to talk to him and i regret it. just be yourself and smile a lot. dont flirt too much right away but just go for it because what have you got to lose? if he doesnt like it hes not worth your time...good luck babe =]

To start a conversation just say hi, then try to talk about something of his interest. If you didn't know his interests, then you may start to find out. for example, If he a music lover, then talk about music. Or if he a car lover, then talk about cars.

It's not WHAT you say...its WHEN you say it. Finding the perfect time to address him is ESSENTIAL.
Timing is everything. That, I can't help you with. But WHEN you find the perfect time, say to him "Wow, you have beautiful eyes, I just noticed that". After he finsih blushing, say, "I'm sorry, my name is _____" and hold out your hand for a shake. Then ask him about himself. The rest will take care of itself.

I teach my children that it is very easy. my son who is 21 wanted to meet this girl but was shy. I extended ahand and walked up to her and told her my name and that i had seen her around. when he opens his mouth you have about 4 questions asnsered. Take it from there
