Report it to the police and I'm sure they will be more than happy to help you. Then go BACK to court and you can take your police report (good evidence) with you and take away all his visitation. I don't know how old your children are, but if they are old enough to give a statement to the police and can varify that they were left unattended at their uncle's (the felon) house that would be EXTREMELY helpful!
Best wishes! God bless!

Well you have to prove it , you know how it is anyone can say anything, get pictures or when you know he is doing this call the police, and when the police get to the brothers home, get the police to file a report so you can show it in court. And then your ex can explain to the judge why he doesn't want to go to jail for being in contempt of a court order. That is what you do.

Contact your attorney, see if the Brother will testify. Normally the child(ren) can testify in the Judges Chambers(depending on the age in that state/county).. The Judge, your Attorney, the Father's Attorney and the children will be the only ones allowed in the Chambers. This helps the child(ren) tell the truth because they won't have to face their father in court.

Contact your attorney, and get some proof, and go back to court, try and have everything documented. This way you will have a leg to stand on. I hope all works out for you!

Give your children specific instructions to call you when he leaves them with his brother, and you contact the police or have them escort you to pick up the kids. Not only will it be on record, but you will be protected when you don't send them back!
