The left side of my face is really tight. I talked to my mother in law and I am not showing any stroke symptoms. It is like my left cheek right under my eye and running down to where my mouth and nose is..it is really tight like a pressure and the same side of my face my nostril is stopped up. Does sinus pressure do this to you? Make your face feel almost numb(it is really weird because I can feel my face, it just feels tight). My mom thought it might be Bell's Palsy because her friend gets it when she is stressed(which I am). Any suggestions will help. I am going to call my doctor Monday but in the meantime I wanted some thoughts. Thanks!

Also, I am not having any other symptoms, just the weird tightness/pulling in my face. There is not drooping or pain etc.

Sound like sinus pressure to me. If the symptoms appeared at about the same time as your cold seems logical to me that once you get over it then the tightness will disapppear as well. Something to try, put a few drop of eucalyptus oil in some steaming water in a basin, drape your head in a towel and breathe the vapors, if that does'nt clear your head definitely see a doctor. Good luck

Call ask-a-nurse or similar.

It could be Belles Palsey to some degree.

Those symptoms are nothing to mess with. See someone asap or call someone who will be sure you are safe.
