My former tenant file charge against me for destorying my property
and hers. She was Section 8 and was caught stealing power from the power company.Now she lost her section 8 vocher.Now she claims I destory her property and mines. Because I wanna to evict her from my place. We went to court the first time she didn't bring her witness.The judge extend the date 30 more days.The second time I brung my lawyer she didn't show up. The judge threw out the case.The next day the lady went to the commissioner with a lame excuse why she didn't show up.Now they charging me with the same charges.This will be the third time how many time I have to go through this. What can I do legal

As a resident manager myself, I would never have attempted to deal with a case like this on my own, your best option is to get an attorney, these are always touchy cases

Document..document.pictures, video, certified mail all of this stuff helps prove your side of the story.
