This worked for me one time.
Plan a "worry" hour. Tell yourself that you can only fret and worry and fear during that hour. The rest of the time, you are not allowed to do that and must set it aside for this special hour.
When the hour arrives you can spend that hour any way you wish whatever thoughts that you wish, but it must be done in the confinment of that hour.
Sooner than later you will find more productive ways to spend that hour. But at least give yourself permisssion to spend it worrying if you want.
You go Girl!!!! That is awesome.

People feel like that everyday no matter what their fear is and the only way to tone it down is to be brave and face it. Facing it seems hard at first but there's no other way and remember that even when you face your fear, it will never actually disintigrate all together. You will always be afraid of not having success but by facing it you are pushing that to the back of your mind and focusing on the tasks at hand. Don't let fear control your life, just tell yourself that your never going to get anywhere if you keep worrying over your one little fear. Push yourself to do better and I can garuntee that you will. Good luck.

Talk to someone about it. You've put all this time and effort, not to mention money, into starting a new career. It would be a shame for you to fail before you even try.
If there is a free clinic in your city/town, they will have some references for free therapy. I'm sure once you get started, especially if you have someone to talk to, you will do fine.
Starting over can be very stressful and that is probably what has you feeling this way. A therapist can help you cope with that stress and concentrate on your new line of work.
Good Luck!

I walked into a room, and my new client was laying in his hospital bed, and his two daughters were sitting ragging on him.
Dad, you have to get up now. blah blah blah. They went on, and on, he just layed there, and they tried everything they could think of, to talk him into getting out of his bed. When I found a moment that neither of them was looking at me, I said to him "Don't think about it, just do it". He rolled right out of the rack and stood up. Sometimes it's so simple.
If your husband had so much faith in you, you'd better get your buns off the negative thinking.
How about, let's think about how you will celebrate your great achievement with your husband, to thank him for his generosity from the wallet and the heart.
You can only fail if you think fail. Creative Visualization is so neat. See yourself in your new career. Even wearing the clothes you like. Smile, enjoy what you are doing.
You will succeed...

Just be yourself, and turn feeling of fear into perserverance!
If this was something you couldn't do you wouldn't bee trying to do it, let alone have your husband paying for it!
He believes in you...but that doesn't mean anything if you don't believe in yourself!

Dear Casey,
It is human to fear the unknown!! Face the future with a bold attitude, and embrace the success as well as failures. If you are not making mistakes, you are not applying yourself!! The trick is to learn from those mistakes, and move on to bigger and better things...
I hope this helps,
Lonnie

Nerves and anxiety are a part of any new experience. Just focus on doing what you have trained to do and be yourself around your new co-workers. I have found that confidence is gained from doing something new and becoming familiar with it, it just takes time, so be patient and hang in there.

THIS DOES HAPPEN AND YOU MUST FEAR ABOUT FEAR ONLY. DO VERY SLOW CIRCULATING BREATHING AT A RATE NOT MORE THAN 5 BREATHS PER MINUTE AND DURING THIS TIME YOU WATCH ONLY YOUR BREATH. YOU WILL SURELY KNOW WHETHER OR NOT YOU FEAR IS ONLY IMAGINARY. THERE IS NOTHING THAT YOU CAN DO NOW FOR YOUR PROJECT. DO BELIEVE IN YOUR DESTINY OR GOD (IF YOU BELIEVE). YOU WILL ACHIEVE NOTHING FROM FEARING
