Hello.

I asked about my knees on here a month or so again. I was feeling pain whenever I squated, climbed stairs, etc. basically whenever I bent my knees. And my knees made a really bad crunching sound whenever I bent them.

I went to the doctors and they said the crunching might be from my knee cap and something about a knee track (tract?). They said to take x-rays. After the x-ray results they said nothing was wrong.

I've been taking glucosamine for the past week and a half and the knee pain has gone a bit. But it still makes a crunchy noise when i bend my knees and when it crunches a little pain but not much comes with it.

Any idea why it is crunching?

Something else that may help - get some sea cucumber, soak it in water, scrub it off good, let it dry again, chop it into thumbnail sized chunks and take two a day. It's good for ligaments and joints.

I can't remember why, but I was told that this is not dangerous by doctors.
