what you are doing is not helping you are technically starving your body of carbs, proteins, and fat. That is not healthy. You have to eat some other kind of food, the only reason that you are losing weight is becasue your body is starving and is taking the fat and turning it into carbs so that your body can survive. But if you do eat meat yes you will gain wight but only because your body will take what you are giving it and turn it all into fat because it doesn't know when you will give it food again. But you should eat the meat. add some potatoes for the starch

I don't want to sound like I'm harping on you but your diet is a little unrealistic and definitely not healthy. You can still eat the foods you want to just in moderation and with exercise. If you want a steak get one but get prime rib because it is the least fattest. Get it with out butter or butter on the side and use it sparingly. Also be careful of sauces. A diet is a lifestyle change! Good Luck!!

Some steaks (prime rib) have more fat content than others. Muscle weighs more than fat does. A 300lb fat person will look way bigger than a 300lb muscular person. If you have been eating celery and water for a month, your metabolism will probably have slowed down and your stomach will have shrunk. You won't gain as much weight as you think you will, but don't be surprised if you feel sick to your stomach or get constipated.

No you won't, and now is the time to bring other foods back into your diet.
Have you been exercising? If not start to do a little to keep that body trim. as you reintroduce other foods.

Don't make that steak too big or you'll end up with indegestion, but have a good meal out.

You can eat a good steak once a week with vegetables (no bread and no potatoes please), and end the meal with an apple or an orange. You can broil fish, you can roast or boil a chicken (please remove the skin before eating it). There are so many beautiful dishes that if cooked properly will not add weight. REMEMBER, small portions and no second servings!

personally, your celery diet was intense =\

i started dieting by slowly cutting down, not a crash course diet staright into starvation. But, i don't think the steak would affect, but BE SURE to work it off.

im thinking congrats for losing 2 stone. i would have never lost that amount. u should be really proud.i know that losing weight is hard.when dieting u should be able to have treats. go out and have that steak that your dying for. your not going to gain all that weight back in one noght, thats for sure!!!if you want to avoid gaining weight then have it with a salad and not chips.!!
