I worked with a couple of Arab Christian ladies a few years back, and they told me that was correct based on two things:
1. "Allah" is just the Arabic word for 'God' (the same God of Abraham).
2. The common term for Jesus among Arabic speaking Christians is "Isa ibn Allah" which translates to "Jesus son of God".
Here are some CHRISTIAN website that back up my statement:

People seem to be obsessed with the belief that Allah is some separate, strange God. If you read the Quran you'll see that it references people commonly found in the Bible like Moses, Maryam (who has her own chapter in the Quran), Abraham, and Jesus. Even if you don't believe in Islam, most scholarly folks agree that Allah is the same God found in Bible or Quran. The only reason Muslims say things like "There is no God but Allah" is because the word 'Allah' can't be conjugated. It has no masculine, feminime, or plural forms. It's perfect for Muslims because they believe God is neither male or female and that there is only one God. So you will find a lot of Muslims say "Allah" regardless of their native language because (from a Muslim standpoint) it's a better word to use.
I think people are just prejudiced to the word "Allah" with a little bit of arrogance added in. "God" is an English word. Do folks really presume to think that everyone else in this great wide world uses only one world to describe the Creator? There are millions upon millions of Christians in this world. Trust and believe they do not all refer to Him as "God"!

Yes, Arab Christians believe Isa is the son of Allah.
Yemenite Jews, some Mizrahi and Saphardim, and some eastern Christians like Armenians also say Allah.

To arab Christian or non arab Christians, God is the father of Jesus Christ the same as the Holy Ghost, because the muslums teaches that the comforter which is the Holy Ghost, they claim that the comfortor is Mohhamed So how can Mohammed be the father of Jesus 400 yrs. later. Mary was conceived by that of the Holy Ghost which is the spirit of God. This gives you something to think about doesn't it?

Huh? Allah and God are not the same. Allah was the moon god with 3 daughters that was worshiped in Muhammad's day. The God of the Bible is the one true, Creator God. Allah is a false god. Jesus is God in the flesh (not Allah in the flesh).
