I purchased a DVD Burner and installed it on my computer, the software that came with it (Nero 7 Essentials) will not install on my computer. I've even tried to install it on both of my computers and I get the same error message. "The wizard was interrupted before Nero 7 could be completely installed, your system has not been modified. To complete installation at another time please run setup again. Can anyone tell me what the problem is.

The only thing I can suggest is going to Nero's Web site to look for a new/evised version of the program. The company may also have a discussion forum where you can get help directly from company employees. They would have knowledge that people on Yahoo Answers are unlikely to have.
