It all depends on the operation you had done, some can be reversed, some cant. But let me tell you,I had an operation to clamp my tubes, this was done 3 days after my last son was born,he is now 14,anyway I had it done for free & I,like you later wanted another child so I looked into the price & the cheapest I found was $5000.00 with half up front.there was no way I had that kind of money,so I could never have it done.

It depends on how the original operation was done. The two main ways they do a vasectomy is to either cut and tie the tubes back on thereselves or to cut out a pece of each tube. With the first option it is possible to retie the tubes although the chances of successfully fathering children again varies greatly. The second way makes it virtually impossible Im afraid.

as said before you can have it reversed but not on the NHS , you would have to go private .. I just recently had an appt at my gynae(Thursday) to speak about me being sterilised and all that was made perfectly clear ... NHS won`t do a reversal ..There are more important operations waiting to be done for people and i daresay you would have been given this info at the time of your sterilisation ...
P.S . Its £4,000 for a reversal..(although not guaranteed)
Good Luck.

Hopefully not, with spelling like that I can only assume that the child will be called Chelsea-Jade or Levi and marry it's cousin.
