Each state should have a tax booklet with the forms you need to fill out. Also, there should be federal forms and booklets. You usually get them at the post office or the library. They should have in the back of the booklet, a table lists how much tax you should have paid based on your income. That gives you a ballpark of what you should have paid. Then you can look at your w2s and see what you did pay in tax. Don't panic if it lists more than you actually paid, because when you do your taxes you'll be taking deductions based on several factors such as if you're married or single, etc, which will lower your bill, but chances are if you made under $11,000, you'll get most of it back. Check in your state, city, or county (or with United Way), to see if there is free tax assistance for you. Don't GET A REFUND LOAN (major ripoffs!))

There's no way to tell from the information given. That depends upon your filing status, whether or not you are claimed as a dependent on another taxpayer's return, and whether you have any dependents yourself. You'll have to fill out your taxes to find out how much you will get back.
