Why don't you do your civic duty and stop complaining?

Why would you WANT to blow off jury duty?Just go in for the interview and tell them that you don't give a rats *** if the accused fries or not! Tell 'em, you think that the 'electric chair' should be re-instated for capitol punishment, or better yet, 'public hanging'! That'll get you off the mailing list for future jury duty!

Most states select possible jury members from a list of registered voters. I imagine that you have never wanted to do your civic duty. You should have just given up your right to vote and not registered.

You like living in a free country, don't you? And if someone did something against you, most likely you would be quick to point out that your rights have been violated, wouldn't you?

Then why on earth would you want to blow off your civic duty?

Just go and when the attorney's ask you questions say you would vote guilty no matter what the offense and that you would always vote for the death penalty. That will quickly get you out of jury duty and they will probably strike your name for life.
