I am going to run a half marathon (13 miles) in May to raise funds for charity. At the moment, I can run about 1metre before i feel like throwing up!! I really don't want to let everyone down, so does anyone know of any good training plans that I will be able to stick to? Bearing in mind, I have to go to university 4 days a week and i work 5 evenings a week, so I don't have a massive amount of spare time. Thanks :-)
