A flatbed scanner is just the ticket here. You can get a pretty decent one very reasonably priced. maybe get one that will scan negatives and slides in case you have a few laying about.

in case you're speaking approximately previous print outs the suitable thank you to do it is to take it to a image shop and that they'll placed them onto disk. in case you have the movie roll negatives that's ordinary for a image place like boots to easily reproduction them and placed them on a disk, it wont fee you too lots the two. peasy x

I would put this on my scanner and scan it in. Find someone who has a scanner. Or go buy one.
I would think if you want to pay someone to do this you could go to a computer store?

If you have the negative(s) of the picture you can take them to WalMarts and they can put them onto a CD for you. (It may cost a little extra)
