Even if yuou had acess to healthy foods they are too expensive. Seriously! I understand the embarrassment of the exercise thing, but if you can't swim but sounds like your willing to get in the water, the best thing you can do is water aerobics. I know it sounds like you need to know what your doing but you don't moving your arms, legs walking in the water, up to your neck ofcourse, it is an awesome way to lose wieght. You will know that you've had a good work out when you step out of the water, and or the next morning. 15 min. is all! Drink water also. Just limit your portions on the food you do it. You know how a dinner plate has the design around the edge? Don't fill your plate to the design take it back an inch. I know it sounds funny, but I am overwieght. I'm not obeise and I've never dieted or felt I had to but, I am pushing 30, swam and did water areobics all my life, have 3 kids and I haven't gained a lb. in 8 yrs. IT WILL WORK!! GOODLUCK!

I can give you a few healthy food ideas you don't have to spend boocoo $ on and that you don't have to cook (so safe for your room) I don't know what is available in Malaysia, but I hope this helps
*the key really is to eat healthy but DO NOT overeat. You can eat 4-5 times a day if you eat small amounts of the right things and drink a lot of water-follow that and you will realize that you get full quicker as time goes on*
Lettuce, tomato, any veggies you like for salad, olive oil and vinegar (salad stuff makes a great lunch)
fruits galore to snack on or granola bars or carrot sticks
Tuna and crackers (great for weight loss)
instant oatmeal (just add hot water) only 2g fat per serving
popcorn
when you go out for food, order fish. It's very healthy and can be prepared many different ways to suit your taste (salmon, tuna, trout, etc...) Most Seafood is great too (but can be kinda pricy).
also noodles tossed with olive oil, tomatoes, mushrooms, other veggies, maybe some grilled chicken or shrimp
When you eat chicken, eat it baked (not fried) grilled chicken salads, grilled chicken sandwiches, shredded chicken on tortilla or mixed with noodles, etc... eat your veggies and fruits too!
as far as excercise, do situps in your room before you go to sleep every night. start with 15, then work your way up to 30 per night. If you have to, wait for roomates to be asleep, slip down to the floor and situps. Do whatever exercises you can do quietly.
I wish you luck! Don't get frustrated. It takes time! Blessed be!

Since you have no access to healthy food, eat everything that you now eat, but half the usual amount. You'll gradually lose the weight that you want to lose.
