It's not rude at all. Don't ever feel bad about doing that. It also encourages them in their goals to turn into big round blobs. Keep mooing!
You're hot.

Well...let me start out by saying that I do not think your question is out of line whatsoever.
1) Is it rude....hmmmm....what is the definition of rude.
A) discourteous or impolite, esp. in a deliberate way: a rude reply.
B) Without culture, learning, or refinement: rude, illiterate peasants.
So yeah....it is quite rude.
However....your point is well taken.
It is legal to be Fat, dumb, lazy, impolite, ugly, smelly or hostile.
It is not illegal, just rude, to point out that an individual is grazing like a glutton in a buffet and packing on the pounds like a real life version of a Macy Days ballon.
In fact, this is none of your business. I think a fat person would be within their right to serve up a big...F you dumbass...and report you to the manager to have you removed from the building. However, it is none of my business if you are rude...just beware of not breaking the first rule of public behavior. Never say anything to a stranger that may result in you getting punched in the mouth as you break this rule at your own peril. Hey it is your life and teeth in the end but yes mooing at fat people is rude and not very nice. And by the way the fat people are usually stong like bull from hauling all of that extra luggage from one meal to another...so they could break your teeeth right out of your rude mouth, break them like they were made of styrofoam. My advice...beware of the rage of fat folks.

Oh come on. I'm not a fat person. In fact, I weigh a disgustingly 105pounds because I can not gain not one ounce no matter how hard I try. So, I'm not defending fat people because I'm a fat person. I'm defending them because some may not have a choice. There's illness, heredity, genetics....even some medications can make you gain weight. Birth control pills, for example, and diabetic medications and steroids that treat pneumonia and other diseases can make you gain as much as 50pounds. You're insensitivity is cruel. You're no different than a racist.

If you want to do a cow immitation in the middle of the buffet line thats your perogative. Its rude to yourself for making yourself look like an idiot acting like a cow in line.
If someone does that to an overweight person in line, I would only hope the person whacks them one upside the head or offers the ''mooer'' the plant decoration( if there are any) to eat, just like a cow.

Yes. You shouldn't have to ask this question.
How would you feel if someone "meowed" at you? (For being "catty").
What other people put on their plates in a buffet line is none of your business.

It's rude beyond words and should not ever be allowed to happen. Polite people would be shocked at this behavior as they would NEVER notice a "large" (note the absence of the word 'fat'?) person was in line!

Of course it is. I can't believe you even need to ask this question.
You should also keep in mind that not all people are fat because they have problems with food. Some people have medical conditions.
How would you like it if people made barfing noises whenever they were near you?

I'm not sure I'm getting this, why would you "moo" at them? Surely you would "Oink" at them instead? - Just a thought
Anyway it is kinda rude to do any of that kind of stuff to them - They're only human just like you, except probably a little smarter

Is your desire to "moo" directly related to you having been kicked in the head by a cow?
