I'd say, first thing in the morning, before you eat, having gone to the toilet (Twice to make sure), taken your glasses, rings, nacklaces off, shaved your legs and under your arms, sucked a massive lungful of helium and don't forget to put one hand on the sink, just to keep you steady of course...

By accurate, do you mean the lightest?
Then before eating, and after toileting, regardless of the time of day.
But remember that this is not exactly "accurate," since as you eat or drink, and use the bathroom, your weight will fluctuate many times during the day.

The important thing is to weigh your self at the same time of day each time, and under the same circumstances (before eating, etc), in order to accurately record weight gain or loss.

The best time to weigh yourself is in the morning after you wake up, with the same scale every time to keep accuracy.

For the most accurate weigh in is first thing in the morning after you have relieved your self but in my opinion how much you weigh isnt the important part. the part that matters is your body fat count and how you feel about your self as long as our happy thats all that matters

Weighing yourself is mostly a reference approximating.
weighing yourself in the morning maybe because you have no water, haven't ate yet so will give you true mass... the best way of seeing accurate results is mesuring weight and also get your body mass percentage checked...
