My best friend is dating this girl and she has a sister my age that I'm freinds with anyway. I don't want to start asking anyone anything about it untill i can find out if she like me too. How do I get her to like me and how do I know if she does?

This question always comes up. You cant make someone like you. Just be YOU & if she likes who YOU are, she will make it known. Dont change your personality or do things that you think she will like. This is very common in dating. People try to become what they think the other would like them to be. Sometimes it works, but eventually, you have to go back to being the real you & then the problems ensue. Honesty & truthfulness are ALWAYS your best options. There is no shame in letting someone know that you like them. (that IS the goal here, right?) If you are already friends, then she must like SOMETHING about you. Well, i am a girl and I would just be yourself around her. When you act like you around her and get comfortable you will get the girl pleased. Girls like a man that act like themselves. This girl could be as interesting as you . Well think of it like this, you might have a secret crush too!

Treat her with respect; listen to her and hear what she's saying; show interest in her, who she really is, and what she likes to talk about or do; don't talk about yourself all the time; ask questions about her thoughts, feelings, opinions, and so on.
