For how long will the uncooked contents of an opened egg stay edible if stored in the refrigerator immediately after their opening?

i would use it up within 3 days or toss.

If refrigerated in a tightly sealed container, I have managed 24hours without problems and 48 hours. The taste sucks, if used straight, as ingredient it work fine. Just left in a bowl in the frig, never over 24 hours.

A few hours (2-3) should be safe in the fridge. Beyond that, you're just asking for salmonella and the squirts.
