Not at this precise moment - have been many times before though. There is always a way out.

Nope. I am quiet content and happy in my life. I know that when I go to bed at night I can sleep with a clear conscience. And each day that I wake up I just look up and Thank God for the next day of life that he has given me..
I have been in a rut before, but I always make sure that I can get out of the rut. By moving forward.. Life is all bout choices. If you take all the situations out of the issue at hand, you have nothing left but choices and you can take the postive choice or the negative choice.

i was up until a few days ago. i was made redundant in 2005 about 2 weeks after i found out i was pregnant. I went from being a career girl, law student and social butterfly to a stay-at-home mum knee deep in baby sick and pooey nappies. While i love my daughter, and my husband and I have always wanted a child, it was unplanned and was a serious shock to the system. I had no idea how much work went into running a home and caring for children. I time I found myself becoming depressed with the drudgery and monotony of it all.
For some reason i also seemed to be unemployable. When i HAD a job, recruiters were constantly hounding me about new jobs. But once I fell out of work, i couldnt get any recruiters to even return my calls!! This exacerbated my feelings of inadequacy, naturally. I felt useless. The difficulty was finding family friendly positions in the legal profession, an area I have no experience in, except for an academic qualification
However I had long wondered about starting my own business. For months i have investigated different business ideas, but none seemed particularly viable for one reason or another. But the other day i hit on one that i know will work for me. It will take a LOT of work, but its ideal for me. Its really given me a breath of fresh air. Now I can work and still look after my beautiful baby, the perfect solution.

Life itself is a rut...that's why everyone is always talking about "heaven" as if all their troubles will fade if and when they're dead and in heaven. Think about it, the poor people are miserable, the rich are always thinking someone is trying to take their money, the fat girls want to be skinny and the skinny girls want to be thin, white people try to tan their skin and black people bleach. No one is happy on the earth...EXCEPT ME!!!! Haahahahaha!!!

Yes. Get up, go to work, come home, have a family meal, visit friends, same routine every single day! I think I need a partner to share my life with, but so far, haven't found anyone who fits the bill!

yes i am. my job drags me down. i cant leave there until september because my boy is in a nursery round the corner from my work and i dont want to unsettle him at this time (he cant quite talk yet so has led to some problems). he starts preschool in sept.its the most depressing place ive worked and theres a lot of pressure. i think when you hate your job it affects a lot more in your life though cos i constantly hate the thought of going!
