How much time does it take from LA to Bakersfield by car?
Its like from Glendale or Woodland hills or Rancho Cucamongo to Bakersfield. I really dont know. Could anyone help me?

right around 2 hours, it's about 112 miles

Approx 2 hrs (140 miles). Take I-5 North to SR 99 North. You will have to go through the Grapevine, which is susceptible to closure during adverse weather conditions.

From the San Fernando Valley it takes at least 2 hours

I suspect it will take longer than said above. Gee, it can take 2 hours to get out of town if the I-5 has heavy traffic....
