ok im 17 weigh 155 and am 5'10 im trying to gain some muscle fast . what would be the best suppliment and what type of it?

first, make sure you are lifting your weights properly. For bulk, always go lower reps, higher weight.

Always lift to failure. This is what is going to ensure the HGH output that is needed for tissure repair. There is a difference in strong solid new muscle opposed to weak fraglie new muscle.

Never go without your whey isolate. A good one. Isolate is purer and more absorbable than regular whey. Its more expensive for this reason and you would be hard pressed to find a body builder that consumed regular whey. They go for isolate or better.

In a nutshell.....Isolate, high quality multi, creatine, omegas. Those are your biggies. There are lots of other goodies you can take , but start with the basics and listen to your body. If you need something above and beyond these...you will know it.
