some spirit are still lost with no direction to followed

If you are referring to those who have died, I don't agree with your assumption. God clearly tells us that once the soul leaves the body it goes to its eternal home (whether heaven or hell). Personally, I believe that all these poor lost searching "spirits" that can't find their place is nothing but demons (fallen angels). The scriptures speak of "familiar" spirits - fallen angels who are assigned to a person and can actually follow a family from generation to generation (that's why they know such much about you and history etc). When anyone contacts the dead, they are really communicating with these familiar spirits or demons. The real, actual person is already in their eternal place.

spirit dont wander , they are in happy in the realms of spirit , but can visit this realm if they wish
what people report is ghosts which are not spirit
and ghosts are just an energy , like a memory ... that lingers here and it will eventually play out

They, for some reason that I would not try to guess, choose not to leave this realm. God lets us make our own choices, even after we die- He never forces us to do anything, and that includes leaving this realm.

Do you meant ghost? When people are too sinful and die, or commit suicide, they are not allowed to get material bodies, so they wandering in the subtle body until they can take birth and get a gross body.
