1. if i dont buy dumbelles, can lifting books, tables or any heavy things. Can it help me gain muscle?

If you want to build muscle without the weights, you need to do plyometrics and calesthenics. These are exercises that require you to use your own body as weight. Do push-ups, pull-ups, chin-ups, dips, air-squats, burpees, tuck-jumps, mountain climbers, sit-throughs, and try to find some stairs to run in a stadium or elsewhere. If you don't know what some of these exercises are, just search them. These are the kind of exercises that lots of boxers use to get in top shape.

With the protein shake, you need to take in your weight in protein a day to keep the muscle that you have built, and MORE to build muscle. You should also try to drink a gallon of water every day, because it helps move your metabolism quicker, among other things.

You can gain muscle without going to the gym...was there any gym in the past? How did people get muscly form of body & strength?
