I am into art photography and have not worked with a photographer before. I wanna know what I have to do to set up, and start getting noticed or who I have to work with.

Assuming all your equipment is good and your creations are good the best way I can recommend is to take advantage of opportunities that present themselves. I began by taking wedding and birthday pictures when another professional was present. I gathered the best of the results and gave them as a gift. In the short run, it will cost you...but that is advertising bucks spent well. You can soon develop a reputation among friends and they will notice and may seek you out for a later engagement.
In your own home or apartment...
Be sure to have your best work on display...well framed but a lot of really good frames are very cheap at Big Lots and other discount chains. Don't be ashamed to put your name in the lower corner of each shot. If the friend/viewer is impressed, they will let you know by making a request.
Lastly...flirt with your camera. What I mean is to take candid shots of friends or comment to them that you would like to do a photo shoot of them because of their hair, skin, eyes, etc.. Rarely has this failed. People love to be flattered. Give them copies. Your payoff will come when they recommend others to see you.
Again...if your work is good, it will speak for itself.

Why does the expression "Doomed to failure..." spring to mind? You have so little experience that you are asking questions that anyone with any reasonable chance of success would already know the answers to. Before attempting to start out on your own, you should work for an experienced photographer, learn about the industry. You have not done this. Many very experienced, very capable photographers, people with professional cameras and well equipped studios have attempted to make a full time living and failed - why do you feel that a complete novice is likely to succeed? If you want to do the sort of photography that will require a make-up and hairstyle, unless you provide that you are labeling yourself as an amateur. A bit like opening a restaurant and asking the customers to bring their own cutlery and glassware. For banking, you use a business account that has your trade name/s associated with the account. You can have a number of different (Registered) trading names associated with a business or commercial account. The banks are quite used to this. As for copyright, contrary to other opinions here, it isn't necessary. Once you take it you own it unless you have entered into a contractual agreement re-assigning those rights. Copyright websites for authors and photographers etc., are scams. You DO NOT have to copyright each image, let alone pay another organisation to do it for you. I wish you luck, but unless you spend time getting some real commercial experience behind you, I suspect that no amount of wishing will do much good. You list your cameras as a currently broken Minolta 7000AF and a very old Sony P&S. While the 7000 with appropriate lenses could be capable of taking commercial images (when in the right hands), you will need far more. You will need studio lighting for fashion shoots, a motor drive while not essential, is usual on such a camera. Without the ability to chimp that is provided by a quality digital, you will need a good light/flash meter to be sure of correct exposure. At the very least I would suggest upgrading to a Sony A700 (preferably an A900) which will use any existing lenses from your 7000AF. It would not however use any flash equipment, that model was the last before the new Minolta/Sony hot shoe style.

start in your school or campus, then start finding a photo studio. Tell the man you have an experience photoing good friends, and show him some sample. Or just take some photos of booming topics there are "in", then take it to a newspaper editor. Just hope you got the money.
