Ginger cookies (among others) baked beans, in the south they put it in coffee but that's so strong. It can be used with sugar if you're out of brown sugar.

You can use molasses to make fantastic ginger snap cookies.

cookies, baked beans, add to white sugar to use as a substitute for brown sugar, some pies & cakes call for molasses :)
