There was an article in TIME magazine last year about libertarians moving to Vermont seeking strength in numbers. Their goal was to create a strong community, get out their message, and acquire a political voice.

Atheists, would you do something similar? Perhaps you could elect an atheist congressman, create a community humanist organization, or just be able to raise your children in a religion-free environment.

Would you leave your current residence and move to such a place?

It would be a nice place to visit but at the same time that would mean leaving my job and family behind. Otherwise, I think I would move in one.

I would. In 40 years, there will be the believers and the enlightened ones. We are reproducing in such tiny numbers that we will be eliminated by the hating believers.

Let's just keep religious looney tunes out of our Public Schools, and Government, that way we won't have to move to an atheist community.

Nah. What would be the point? We'd be an intelligent enlightened island in a sea of fools. There is no way we'd be able to isolate ourselves from the masses of gullible retards and their way of life, so we'd be wasting our time.

I even have continuously seen shifting out of usa. identity being taught in faculties provides me each and all the greater reason to circulate. I plan to circulate to Canada or Europe...i'm leaning greater in direction of Europe nevertheless. i won't stand the assumption of identity being taught in public faculties in the states. that's fairly appalling. i'm distinctly specific identity shouldn't study in faculties nevertheless, yet while it happens, i'm waiting to take the subsequent flight out of right here.

that would be a form of extremism in itself.

however, if there was a situation where the 'Christian Taliban' took over, I would certainly move to a place like that.
