I definitely believe that putting forth a lot of thought and emotion into an idea can cause that idea to come into fruition. I think that if you really want something to happen and you put a lot of hopes, wishes and thoughts toward that goal that you can help to fulfill it. And the same with worrying about something. If you dwell on something and don't concentrate on ways to prevent that event from happening then it probably will.

If you're worried about being mocked and/or physically beaten to within a bony inch of your life then it's more likely that it will happen if you keep capitalising arbitrary words: the punctuation nazis are in full effect the last few years.

If you are just worrying, you may not be thinking of ways of avoiding even that "chance", and thus it may have a better likelihood of happening.

This is interesting and here's my perspective on it. I have found this to be true all my life...

I have found that expecting something to happen makes it NOT happen, until you have pretty much forgotten about it. And if you are expecting something not to happen, it WILL. Just to be safe- prepare your mind for anything.

I don't think being worried about something has anything to do with whether or not it happens.

Well, normlly it does, but not in all instances. Prepare yourself incase it is going to happen or to prevent it from happening. Ensure that all measures are in place. Sometimes we are warned about things that are going to happen, it is up to you what you are going to do about it.

GOOD LUCK !!!

It is the strongest indicator of depression. If treated properly it is never a matter of concern. It should be treated as soon as possible.
