I have an EFT pending for about a week now for $3,000. Has anyone received any money from them recently? When I call, they say the money is safe but can't give an ETA on when it will hit my bank account. I'm kind of worried.

Ditto here... I got the same response when I called them. I think we're OK, but would hope that the delay is due to the fact that their processors are simply overwhelmed with cashout requests from US customers.

Time will tell.

EFTs are not happening at all. You can call and request a check instead but the ETA on receiving a check is 4-6 weeks

Your best bet is if you know someone in Canada or the UK. Do a P2P transfer with them. 1.9% fee plus exchange rate goes to neteller. Then have them send you the money

I too have a pending transaction with them that I initiated on January 18th. I've yet to get my money.

After the American government enacted their retarded draconian 'anti-gambling' policies and arrested the founders of NETeller there was a run on the bank. Thousands of Americans emptied their NETeller accounts within two or three days of the announcement that they were being forced to close their doors to Americans.

With this in mind they must be completely swamped with transaction requests, and I doubt we will be getting our money any time soon. It will probably take another week or two before we see our money. But I have no doubt we will get it eventually.

This action by the American government is completely reprehensible. They need to focus on real problems such as rampant gang activity, crazy homicide rate, meth labs, and the fact that 47m Americans don't have adequate health coverage.

Enacting anti-gambling laws that actually permit betting on horse races, while pretending to be anti-gambling, is just disgusting. It is typical of how out of touch the Bush administration is. The vast majority of Americans would rather see legalization, taxation and regulation of the gambling industry. Not some kind of nonsense prohibition attempts that achieve nothing at all.
