What are reprecussions? Lower dosage? Or something serious?

Ummm....it is not indicated that you should do that, because of at least two reasons, one very powerful:

1. the way a nicotine patch works is by discharging this ingredient in your body, through your skin. If the patch has expired...guess what expired ingredient visits you?

2. lack of efficiency.

I never use expired medicines (or alternatives). In extreme cases, I would take something which has expired only a month ago (the expiring period is always set earlier than it normally is, for safety issues).

Sure U can. It just will not be as strong as a fresh one. Nothing serious will happen to you. The patch just will not last as long giving U help.
