Start - Control Panel - Add or Remove Programs

Click on start control panel and click on ADD and REMOVE programme.Please note- you have to be sure of what you are removing from your system,because some files are there to help your system run properly.Just trying to be supportive good luck

when u want to delete some programmes go into the program my computer then into ad or remove and it should give u a list of programs that you have on your computer thn it gives you the option to remove it if you wish

The ones that safest to delete, you can delete at:
START | SETTINGS | CONTROL PANEL | ADD OR REMOVE PROGRAMS | ADD/REMOVE WINDOWS COMPONENTS.
Just un-check the ones you don't want.
