Other than deviled eggs - what's another good 'egg' dish? My friends hens have just laid piles and piles of eggs.

My special breakfast for the lucky lady I wake up to is...
Scrambled eggs mixed with creme fraische on puff pastry topped with caviar smoked salmon of both.

I devour some thing i love any time of the day.loads of cases I have very last nights dinner leftovers for breakfast or lunch. Todays breakfast at 6:00 became Baked Ziti from very last nighttime. If there is no longer some thing left over, i am going to have a Grilled Cheese Sandwich with 1st Baron Verulam and Tomato. i love a bowl of Pastina with Garlic Butter.the perfect leftover breakfast is Pizza! i ought to like to have a Bagel with Lox, Cream Cheese and a slice of Vidalia onion.i ought to also go with some better tooth!

Cut a hole out of the center of a piece of bread. Toast one side of the bread in a pan with butter. Flip it, and then crack the egg into the center hole. It will fry while the other side of the bread is toasted. Lift out with a spatula and serve. Eggs in the window. Delicious.

Omelet...with mushrooms, green peppers, and sausage inside. With a dash of salt and pepper.
Served with toast and jelly.
Grits and some orange juice.
