My cat Sasha will often come running when she hers the sound of an empty water bottle hitting the floor. Then I usally start tapping it on her and she'll there and take it. She'll start rolling over on to her belly and purring. Does this feel good to her?

Yes, if it didn't she wouldn't mess with it. My three cats are the same way. Cats are very easily enterained when playing. Most of the time they don't even end up playing with toys you buy them , they end up playing with things like water bottles for example.

From the way you say she's acting I'd say yes.
It sounds very much like the water bottle is a favorite toy.

yes, she must like the pressure and the affection. Some animals might also relate this type of beahvior to some type or behavior or instinct from the wild

lol...she just thinks it is fun!! You could prolly just tap on the counter and she would do the same thing.
My cat can hear the faint click of a laser light clicking on and he freaks out and comes running!! lol!
